KONSEP architecture studio was established in 2016 and was born from our unwavering belief that the art of architecture and the creation of space on any scale should be a passionate pursuit for excellence, authenticity, sustainability and integrity. We say goodbye to our home in Pretoria that gave us so much joy, from the day we moved into its shades of beige and brown, getting married, starting a life together, breaking out walls and dissecting roof trusses, filling it with passion and love, welcoming neighbours and new friends, being blessed with a boy that filled the house with cries, but even more joy and laughter, until this day where we have to say goodbye. We were privileged to have had the most wonderful life within these walls as we now look forward to our new season in the Garden Route.

House SAVPRI is a thoughtfully crafted modern-day take on a classic New York brownstone. This distinctive home features striking Victorian and eccentric accents with intricate brick and stonework. The main entrance leads into a grand foyer at its center that allows for hosting and entertaining. The foyer leads into the main entertainment areas and into two separate wings, giving the homeowners a sense of privacy and comfort in their own space.

This magnificent home is situated in the Still Bay Nature Reserve, with unending views of the Atlantic Ocean. Its design features vast expanses of glass to emphasize these views, as well as an impressive cantilevering concrete and concrete walls. Inside, it features a luxurious underground cinema and a minimalist style, focusing on hosting and having a good time. This house moller is the perfect combination of luxurious design and nature.
